At Eviena Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided, specifically focusing on delays in project initiation.

You are eligible for a full 100% refund of your initial payment only if the following condition is met:

Service Not Activated: Eviena Technologies has failed to initiate your project ("Service Activation") within 7 (seven) calendar days of your payment confirmation, and the delay is not attributable to your unavailability or failure to provide necessary inputs.

The 7-day refund guarantee becomes void, and the project will proceed according to the agreed timeline, if:

We have attempted to contact you for the kick-off call but have not received a response.

We have requested essential information, materials, or content (e.g., brand guidelines, login credentials, project briefs) required to begin work, and these have not been provided.

A mutually agreed-upon kick-off date has been scheduled beyond the 7-day window at your request.

To request a refund under this policy:

Send an email to info@evienatechnologies.in from your registered email address.

Use the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Invoice Number]".

We will verify your claim against our internal records of communication and activation.

If eligible, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original method of payment.

Once service activation has been confirmed and work on your project has commenced, the project is considered active. At this stage, our standard project management and milestone-based payment terms apply. Refunds for active projects are not provided; however, we are committed to working with you to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final deliverables.
